IVD Test Reagent/Kits, Molecular Assay, Infection, Bacteria, Yersinia Species
Definition : Molecular assay reagents intended to identify species of Yersinia, a genus of intracellular, ovoid=shaped bacteria of the family Enterobacteriaceae, by detecting specific nucleic-acid information of the target bacteria. A species of these bacteria is the etiologic agent of bubonic and pneumonic plagues; other species may cause gastroenteritis and lymphadenitis in humans.
