IVD Test Reagent/Kits, Hematology, Fibrinolysis, Plasmin Inhibitor
Definition : Hematology reagents intended to perform qualitative and/or quantitative analyses on a body fluid sample (typically plasma) to determine plasmin inhibitors, a group of serine protease inhibitors (serpins) that include alpha2-antiplasmin and alpha2-macroglobulin. Plasmin inhibitors limit the action of plasmin to the area of fibrin deposition, avoiding the circulation of fibrinogen in blood.
