IVD Test Reagent/Kits, Microbiology, Bacteria, Susceptibility, Manual Test
Definition : Microbiology reagents used to assess the susceptibility of bacteria to antibacterial agents (e.g., antibiotics) using manual procedures. Manual susceptibility tests are based on the determination of the inhibition of bacteria growth by antibiotic-impregnated disks or the minimum concentration at which there is no visible growth of the bacteria (minimum inhibitory concentration) in a dilution.
