Tubes, Nasoenteral, Feeding
Definition : Nasoenteral tubes designed to provide access to the small intestines for enteral feeding. These devices typically consist of a single- or dual-lumen plastic tube that has a diameter and length appropriate to reach the duodenum or jejunum; the tube is inserted through the nose, down the throat, through the esophagus and stomach, and into the duodenum.
