Stents, Vaginal

Definition : Stents designed for long-term placement in the vagina to provide support and/or to prevent shrinking. These devices are available in many different configurations and sizes. Some stents are custom-made plastic (e.g., silicone) molds; others consist of inflatable silicone-elastomer envelopes with valves and internal drains.
