Bench Ovens & Cabinet Batch Ovens
The cabinet or bench oven is used to describe small batch equipment. Wisconsin Oven offers various sizes in two (2) distinct models, the SBH (Small Batch, Heavy Duty) and the CB (Cabinet, Batch).
Composite Curing Ovens
Our industrial composite curing ovens are used for curing a wide variety of composite material. They are commonly used in the aerospace and automotive industries.
Custom Batch Ovens
Wisconsin Oven's extensive experience and its complete engineering department can fill any needs for batch ovens. Whether it is a “customized” standard oven or complete engineered custom oven, your heat process and complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal
Elevator Style Batch Ovens
The concept of an elevator oven is very simple, and it's name is derived from the process. The product, often loaded in baskets or on a grid, is positioned under the elevator oven and is attached to a lift mechanism. The load is then lifted into the chamber and the doors, located on the bottom, are closed. The elevator oven then proceeds with the heat treat of the load. Because the chamber is directly above the load car, an elevator oven cuts floor space in half.
Enhanced Duty Walk-In Ovens (EWN)
The EWN line of industrial batch ovens was specifically designed as a Powder Coating Oven for curing powder coatings. Our Walk-in oven is a good choice for wet paint curing applications where tighter temperature tolerances or quicker heat-up times are required.
Heat Treat Ovens & Draw and Temper Furnaces (SDB
Heat treat ovens are very common in the heat treat industry and are commonly referred to as Companion Draw Furnaces or Draw Batch Furnace.
Industrial Aluminum Age Ovens
52 SIZES • GAS OR ELECTRIC HEAT Over 100 standard models! Wisconsin Oven Corporation manufactures Electric, Gas Fired and Indirect Gas Fired Age Ovens. 52 standard sizes offered in 2 different capacities.
Powder Coating Ovens
A low cost replaceable filter can be provided to help eliminate contamination and maintain a clean work chamber; gas-fired batch ovens are available with an optional combustion blower inlet filter.
Wisconsin Oven Corporation's patented W-Wall oven construction will revolutionize the way industry solves their heat processing needs! The W-Wall oven starts with standard metal building components assembled in a patented design, with allowances for thermal expansion.
Walk-In Kit Ovens (KWN)
The KWN is a cost-effective alternative to our standard SWN walk-in batch oven line. It is designed and manufactured to be shipped as a kit, where the customer assembles the oven body and installs the main components at the final job site, which reduces the initial investment. The control panel and gas train, as well as the doors, are factory assembled prior to shipment. Each KWN batch oven features top-down air flow, with supply ducts located along each side of the chamber for air distribution along the entire length of the chamber.
