One of the most difficult challenges in the treatment of periarticular fractures is bending the plate to fit the specific profile of the bone. Conventional plating systems often require extensive intraoperative shaping to accommodate the patient's bone geometry. The Periarticular Plating System is pre-contoured to closely follow the shape of the bone and create a fit that requires little or no additional bending.
