The 96-Well Plasmid Kit is designed for high-throughput plasmid or cosmid DNA from 0.5-1 ml of bacterial cultures. The modified alkaline lysis method and centrifugation are used to create cleared cell lysate with minimal genomic DNA and RNA contaminants. Binding, wash and elution steps can be do on vacuum manifold or by centrifugation.
