Neuron-Specific Enolase (NSE) RUO

Nanogen
Neuron-Specific Enolase (NSE) is found primarily in the cytoplasm of neurons and neuroendocrine cells. The enzyme enolase exists as three isoproteins with each protein being the product of a separate gene. The native enzymes are found as homodimeric or heterodimeric isoforms composed of three immunologically distinct subunits a, b, or g.
