The E-Gel with SYBR Safe Starter Kit contains six Single Combed E-Gels stained with SYBR Safe DNA Stain consisting of either the 1.2 agarose (recommended for up to 5000 bp) or 2 agarose (recommended for up to 2000 bp) formulation, a power base into which the E-Gel is placed, and a 12 V AC power adapter.
