Phenytoin (diphenylhydantoin or Dilantin®) is one of the most widely prescribed anticonvulsant
drugs for the treatment of epilepsy, particularly grand mal epilepsy (major motor),
cortical focal seizures and temporal lobe epilepsy.1
Phenytoin concentrations of 10 to 20 μg/mL for adults2,3,4-7 and 6 to
