The Cleveland Dermatological Society is the professional organization for dermatologists in Northeast Ohio. The Society was founded in 1928 and is dedicated to service and education for its membership. Over one hundred dermatologists in private and academic practices and dermatology residents attend quarterly meetings held at University Hospitals, the Cleveland Clinic Foundation and Metro Health as well as selected East side, West side and Akron Hospitals.

The purpose of our Houston Dermatological Society is to aid us in that very cause. As stated in our Society's bylaws, "the object of this Society shall be the study and advancement of dermatology." Therefore the main focus of each Society meeting is Continued Medical Education. Additionally, each meeting will present opportunities to make acquaintances, exchange ideas, develop camaraderie, and learn of any socioeconomic issues which may potentially affect the practice of dermatology.
