Constructed of siliconized polyvinyl chloride, these flexible, disposable tracheostomy tubes are softer and more pliable to reduce the risk of tracheal trauma. Choose from cuffed or uncuffed styles and five color-coded adult sizes. Cuffed tubes include a Soft-Seal® cuff, which provides a high-volume, low-pressure seal that reduces potential patient trauma. A snap-in obturator makes placement of the tube safe and easy. Tubes also include a VELCRO® trach tube holder and a color-coded inner cannula. Inner cannulas are also available separately.

Shiley® TracheoSoft® XLT Extended-Length Tracheostomy Tubes give you an economical, off-the-shelf alternative to custom tracheostomy tubes for patients with anatomical challenges. Unlike most extended-length tracheostomy tubes, Shiley XLT tubes give you the choice of extra length in the proximal or distal portions for a more customized fit. In addition, the Shiley XLT offers the convenience of a disposable inner cannula. Both the outer and inner cannulas are flexible, so they more easily conform to your patient's anatomy.
