The CD HORIZON® ANTARES® Spinal System is part of an integrated group of spinal instrumentation systems that are designed to provide the spine surgeon with the most advanced options for treating a broad range of clinical indications. With this addition, spine surgeons are able to take full advantage of the anterior exposure of the spine for the treatment of spinal trauma, deformity, and tumors. Several advances in this instrumentation system make it easier to use and more versatile, while simultaneously providing correction and fixation of the anterior spinal column for many surgical indicatio

The CODMAN Ti-Frame is intended to stabilize two or more contiguous vertebral levels of the entire cervical spine via sublaminar attachment to the posterior elements, using Titanium Sof’wire™ cable. Specific clinical indications are as follows:
Subaxial and atlanto-axial spinal instability in rheumatoid disease.
Cervical fractures and fracture-dislocations, where appropriate.
Instability associated with decompressive surgery.
Fixation, following the correction of cervical deformity.
Cervical stabilization for metastatic malignant disease.
Instability associated with major anteri

The CODMAN TI-FRAME Posterior Fixation System is an implantable titanium device used for posterior cervical stabilization which allows for reduction and distraction of the spine without the use of screws or hooks. Its conceptually uncomplicated, elegant design virtually eliminates rotational instability, and also minimizes axial drift. The titanium construction is MRI-compatible and produces minimal artifact. It also allows for improved CT imaging compared to stainless steel devices.
The TI-FRAME Posterior Fixation System was designed exclusively for use with CODMAN SOF'WIRE Titanium Cables. T
