Total RNA from pairs of individual human tumor & normal adjacent tissues
Examine gene expression within individual tumor samples
Multiple samples from a variety of tumor types
With the emergence of more sophisticated techniques for gene expression analysis (e.g. microarray analysis, real-time RT-PCR), the quality of the RNA samples being studied becomes increasingly critical. As The RNA Company®, Ambion is committed to providing the highest quality RNA available. To achieve this goal it is necessary to understand what "high quality RNA" truly means with respect to various downstream applica

Chemicon Select Tissue Arrays are intended for laboratory research use only. The individual tissues were fixed in neutral buffered formalin and embedded in paraffin. Tissue identification and diagnosis was performed by certified pathologists. Tissue cores were removed from their paraffin blocks and relocated into a new recipient paraffin block, in an array pattern, using Chemicon's Advanced Tissue Arrayer (ATA-100). The location of the tissues in the array can be found on the next page of this product insert.
